High Performance Thread Compound For Drill Collars
 
BENEFITS
  • Molygraph ® TCCR-60 contains 60% finely powdered lead with non-metallic modifiers and extreme pressure additives
  • Primarily designed to withstand extreme pressures and shocks
  • It considerably extends thread life under difficult drilling conditions
  • Special additives ensure corrosion protection and no build up of Lead on shoulders of threads
  • Base grease provides lubrication upto 180°C [356°F] and Lead provides lubrication upto 325°C [617°F]
  • It has good brushability over wide range operating temperature band
Service Rating: (-) 12°C [10°F] to (+) 274°C [525°F]
 
Recommendation: Chiefly for Drill Collars. Also finds applications on tool joints, casing, tubing, pipe joints, studs, bolts, nuts and screws, gaskets, flange connections, pumps and pipe line connections and other rotary shouldered connections.
