QC Manager

Job Responsibility

• Oversee internal processes and procedures to ensure quality

• Inspection to release RM, SFG, BFG and FG

• Specification control of RM, SFG, BFG and FG

• Regularly analyze quality data, based on collected data, work closely with R & D to reduce in-house deviation.

• Investigate customers' needs and wants and develop a strategy for meeting their needs.

• Ensure Proper resource planning in terms of Manpower & Laboratory new requirements.

• Ensure all the instruments are properly calibrated to give accurate results

• Handling of SAP System

• Successful closure of the customer complaints.

• Monitoring, training and evaluation of other QC staff

• Critical Instrument handling

• Develop a new Test method as per requirement.

• Ensure quality and sustainability of production processes

• Manage the log of quality reports and other quality documentation

• Implement ISO standards and other standards as & when required

• Following the Good Laboratory Practices in Lab.

Key Skills

• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal standards and quality control procedure.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Knowledge on ISO, SAP, Quality Audit & Compliance.
