Qualification:

B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical or any) or Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience:

3– 6 years of experience in Sales and business development. Must have worked in Gurgaon earlier in his career for at least an year.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the sales to designated partners and secondary customers and monitoring

  • Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring

  • Identify development potential in secondary accounts by studying current business, interviewing customer personnel identifying and evaluating additional needs, analyzing opportunities

  • Ensuring maximum participation of sales partner and secondary customers personnel in seminars and presentations held by the company

  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes
