Assistant Manager – R&D – MWF

Job Responsibility

• Develop semi-synthetic, synthetic, and soluble MWFs for machining, grinding, cutting, forming, and stamping.

• Plan and execute lab evaluations (emulsion stability, corrosion, foam, pH, RA, hard water compatibility).

• Enhance performance, consistency, and sump life of existing products.

• Scale up formulations from lab to pilot and commercial batches.

• Support trials, troubleshoot issues (foam, corrosion, instability, odor, staining).

• Prepare TDS, MSDS, SOPs, BOMs, and trial reports

• Lead and mentor junior chemists and technicians.
