Assistant Manager - Sales (MWF)

Job Location:



BE/MSc in Chemical/Chemistry or any relevant Engineering degree, or MBA in Sales & Marketing.


5-10 years of relevant sales experience in the MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in achieving overall sales targets for MWF/(Coolants, Cutting Oils, etc.) products.

  • Support in identifying and monitoring key customers for MWF products.

  • Assist in coordinating with R&D for the development of potential products.

  • Participate in technical meetings with customers and assist in presentations.

  • Assist in addressing critical distributor issues.

  • Participate in regular sales review meetings with distributors and engineers.

  • Assist in identifying knowledge gaps within the team and contribute to developing plans for filling them.

  • Support in developing business plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

  • Take corrective action as necessary to ensure target sales are achieved.

  • Provide technical backup to the sales team as needed.

Key Skills

  • Basic knowledge of sales principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

  • Analytical and quantitative skills are preferred.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a deadline-driven environment, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

  • Goal-oriented mindset.
