Assistant Manager Sales or Territory Sales Manager

Qualification:

B. Tech (Mechanical/Chemical) or Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience:

5–10 years of experience in Lubricant sales and Technical Sales, and must have worked in Gujarat earlier.

Job Responsibility

  • Execution of Company's Sales Targets for designated Channel Partners Accounts

  • Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring

  • Developing relationship with Channel partners and secondary customers

  • Conducting Promotional events and Campaigns.

  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
