Territory Sales Manager

Job Location:

Faridabad / Noida/ Ghaziabad

Qualification:

B.E. (Chemical or Mechanical) / B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or any relevant Engineering degree, along with MBA or PGDM in Sales or Marketing.

Experience:

5–10 years of experience in Lubricants or Technical Sales.

Job Responsibility

  • Execution of Company's Sales Targets for designated Channel Partners Accounts

  • Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring

  • Developing relationship with Channel partners and secondary customers

  • Conducting Promotional events and Campaigns.

  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
