Qualification:
B. Tech (Mechanical/Chemical) or Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Lubricant sales and Technical Sales, and must have worked in Gujarat earlier.
Job Responsibility
Execution of Company's Sales Targets for designated Channel Partners Accounts
Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring
Developing relationship with Channel partners and secondary customers
Conducting Promotional events and Campaigns.
Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
