Asst. Manager/Territory Sales Manager
B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical or any) Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing
2 – 4 years in Technical Sales and business development experience. Must have worked in Faridabad earlier in his career for atleast 2 year.
Responsible for the sales to designated partners and secondary customers and monitoring.
Achieves the revenue and profitability quotas.
To identify and propose new sales partners as required.
To achieve collection targets for payments and other statutory forms.
Assisting channel to achieve price increase from secondary customers as required by the company.
To explore new business opportunity & segments within the designated areas.
To monitor activates and strategies of competitors and formulate strategies to counter them.
Responsible for tracking customer information, pipelines, forecasts and reports.
To periodically review secondary sales reports and inventory levels of sales partners.
Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring.
Constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements.
Sharing technical and sales experiences with rest of the sales team to enhance team productivity.
Identify development potential in secondary accounts by studying current business, interviewing customer personnel identifying and evaluating additional needs, analyzing opportunities.
Initiates sales process by building relationships, qualifying potential and scheduling appointments.
To act as a single window for handling sales partners and their customer issues and grievances.
Making and submitting proposals, showing customers the benefit of using the company’s product.
Planning conducting and monitoring trials at customer end.
Negotiating prices with secondary customers to support channel partners margins expectations.
To meet regularly all of sales partners and secondary customers to gauge their satisfaction.
To communicate all of company’s developments, policies to sales partners and secondary customers.
Ensure proper distribution of gifts and souvenirs as allotted by the company time to time.
Ensuring maximum participation of sales partner and secondary customers personnel in seminars and presentations held by the company.
Develop and conduct one-on-one and group sales presentations, explaining company’s products and services and benefits to customers, introducing new products and services.
To conduct trainings at sales partners and major secondary customer’s locations to spread awareness on best practices on using company’s products.
Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
Smoothly communicating and Implementing Technological knowhow within the domain.
Working closely with product management team to develop greater value solutions for sales partners and secondary customers.
Evaluate and report market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability.
