Business Development Manager – Export Sales (Industrial Lubricants)

Job Location:

Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Saudi

Qualification:

Master's in Mechanical/Chemical/Chemistry

Experience:

6-8 years of experience in sales of industrial lubricants, specialty chemicals, or process oils.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify and develop new export markets for industrial lubricants, metalworking fluids, and specialty industrial greases.

  • Achieve annual export sales targets in value, and contribution margin.

  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with industrial customers

  • Act as a bridge between customers and internal technical teams for product selection and application support.

  • Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, technical seminars, and industry exhibitions.
