Key Account Manager

Job Location:

Gurugram

Qualification:

B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical or any) OR Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing

Experience:

3-5 years in Technical Sales experience in OEM/Tier 1/2, or Technical Selling Experience in Lubricants/Additives/ Sealants

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients in the North Region.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure alignment with client goals and company objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales and increase market share within the assigned region.

  • Focus on both "hunting" new business within existing accounts and "farming" new client acquisition.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.

  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
