Key Account Manager (Food & Pharma Sector)
Job Location:
West India (with potential travel to client sites across regions)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
Experience:
5 –10 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development in Food/Pharma or speciality chemicals. Career changers from the food sector, with an equipment service background, are also encouraged to apply
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute account strategies for major Food & Pharma clients.
Identify new opportunities within the Food & Pharma sector.
Collaborate with technical service engineers to ensure product performance and customer expectations
Document and present measurable success stories (cost savings, productivity improvements).
Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and Field Sales teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyse technical problems and propose tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Languages: English (fluent), Hindi (preferred), regional languages an advantage.
