Key Account Manager - Food & Pharma
Job Location:
North/West India- flexible deployment
Qualification:
B.E. (Chemical or Mechanical) / B.Sc. (Chemistry) / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or any relevant Engineering degree, along with MBA or PGDM in Sales or Marketing.
Experience:
5–10 years of experience in Food, Pharma, Specialty Chemicals, or Lubricants.
Job Responsibility
Develop and execute account strategies for major Food & Pharma clients.
Identify new opportunities within the Food & Pharma sector.
Collaborate with technical service engineers to ensure product performance and customer expectations
Document and present measurable success stories (cost savings, productivity improvements).
Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and Field Sales teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
Key Skills
Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to analyse technical problems and propose tailored solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Languages: English (fluent), Hindi (preferred), regional languages an advantage.
