Manager - Technical Services

Job Responsibility

• Technical Support and OEM Development: Provide expert recommendations for products based on the needs of the sales team, customers, and business partners. Identify and help sales team develop OEM relationships that result in revenue generation.

• Training & Development: Develop and implement training modules for the sales force and business partners, enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills.

• New Product Development: Work closely with the sales team and R&D to launch new products, ensuring they meet market needs and comply with established processes.

• Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Head of Strategy to perform market surveys and assessments to inform product development and strategic initiatives. Align technical services strategies with overall business goals.

• Case Studies and Presentations: Lead the creation of compelling case studies, training programs, maintaining and updating Technical Data Sheets, brochures, and marketing collaterals in close coordination with the digital marketing team. Utilize case studies and collaterals to demonstrate product value and support sales and marketing initiatives.
