Territory Sales Manager

Qualification:

B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical or any) OR Graduation + MBA in Sales & Marketing.

Experience:

3 – 5 years in Technical Sales, Lubricant selling experience, Must have worked in Jodhpur earlier in his career for at least 3 years.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the sales to designated partners and secondary customers and monitoring

  • To explore new business opportunity & segments within the designated areas.

  • Lead the Sales partners Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching and mentoring

  • Identify development potential in secondary accounts by studying current business, interviewing customer personnel

  • Ensuring maximum participation of sales partner and secondary customers personnel in seminars and presentations held by the company.

  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sell value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
