Experience:

12+ years in sales management, preferably in the lubricant or industrial products sector

Job Responsibility

  • Formulate and implement targeted sales strategies designed to meet regional objectives and drive revenue growth.

  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive dynamics in the lubricant industry.

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts to management, utilizing historical data and market analysis to predict future performance.

  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market dynamics.

  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.

  • Oversee the management of the regional sales budget, ensuring expenditures align with company financial goals.
