Develop and nurture strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts to management, utilizing historical data and market analysis to predict future performance.
Design and implement comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market dynamics.
Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that support sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility.
Oversee the management of the regional sales budget, ensuring expenditures align with company financial goals.
