Job Responsibility:
• MIS-Data-Dashboard Management
• To remain in touch with Banks for LC, Contract and Smooth payment transactions
• Communicating with customers, suppliers, forwarding agents and clearing agents for smooth execution of products import.
• Interacting with other departments like Accounts, taxation and admin for providing and getting the required information
• Correspondence with Chamber for Certificate of Origin
• Correspondence with Embassy / commercial section to collect import data
• Monitoring and Managing Import
• Banking activities related to pre and post payment documentation for import.
• Influent in making purchase orders for import raw material, proforma invoice for sundry creditors.
• Interacting with customers for payment follow ups.
• Coordination and follow ups with production for customer satisfaction with timely deliveries of goods.
• Assessment of shipping lines for efficient and effective import
• Monitoring shipments to ensure Compliance with Government regulations
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent English Communication
• Expert in Advanced Excel
• Experienced in MIS-Data Management
